How to transfer your tickets

Follow these steps to send, receive, or cancel ticket transfers on NOFOMO:


How to Send Tickets

  1. Download NOFOMO App and Login
    Download the app from the App Store, Google Play or Huawei AppGaller and access your account 

  2. Locate Your Tickets
    Go to the "My Tickets" tab on the NOFOMO app. It is the middle tab on the bottom of the app

  3. Click Transfer ticket icon
    It is an icon with two arrows 

  4. Enter Recipient details
    Enter the recipient’s name

  5. Click “SELECT TICKETS”
    Choose ticket(s) you would like to transfer by checking the checkbox on the right side of the ticket

  6. Click “TRANSFER TICKETS”
    Choose one of the options to send the transfer link and send the link to the recipient


How to Receive Tickets

  1. Click the link you received 
    Ticket details will be shown including the event and who sent the ticket 

  2. Log in or create an account 
    To accept your tickets you need to login to your existing account or create a new account on NOFOMO

  3. Click “ACCEPT TICKETS”
    Follow the transfer link and accept the ticket. Now the ticket is under your account

  4. Click “VIEW TICKETS IN APP”
    You will be redirected to NOFOMO app if already installed or to the app download page. 


How to Cancel a Ticket Transfer

  1. Go to Your Tickets on NOFOMO
    Log in to the account of the ticket sender. Open the "My Tickets" section

  2. Locate the ticket transfer you want to cancel
    You will see that QR code disappeared from the ticket you have transferred

  3. Click “TRANSFER OPTIONS”
    In this window you can see transfer details, resend the link or cancel the transfer 

  4. Click “REVOKE TRANSFER”
    If the recipient hasn’t accepted the ticket yet you can cancel the transfer. Don’t forget to click “REVOKE TRANSFER” again to reconfirm
